    عبد الرحمن بن القصير (٠٠٠ - ٥٧٦ هـ) (٠٠٠ - ١١٨١ م) عبد الرحمن بن احمد بن احمد بن محمد الغرناطي، الازدي، ويعرف بابن القصير (ابو جعفر) فقيه. أديب. تنقل في بلاد الاندلس، ورحل الى فاس وافريقية، وولي قضاء توزر من بلاد الجريد بافريقية، واستشهد بمرسى تونس في آخر سنة ٥٧٦ هـ. من آثاره: مختصر كتاب الجمل لابن خاقان الاصبهاني، خطب ورسائل ومقامات، برنامج يشتمل على رواياته، وكتاب في مناقب من ادرك من أهل عصره.
