عبد الحميد السّباعي (٠٠٠ - ١٢٢٠ هـ) (٠٠٠ - ١٨٠٥ م) عبد الحميد بن عبد الوهاب السباعي، الحمصي، الشافعي. فقيه، اصولي. ولي الافتاء بحمص، وتوفي بحلب عن بضع وستين سنة، ودفن بها. له من المؤلفات: حاشية على جمع الجوامع في مجلدين ضخمين، وفتاوى في المعاملات على مذهب ابي حنيفة النعمان.
