    ١٠٨٦ - ظهير الدين التزمنتيّ [- ٦٨٢] (٦) جعفر بن يحيى بن جعفر، التزمتنيّ، ظهير الدين، القرشيّ، الفقيه، الشافعيّ. تفقّه على ابن بنت الجمّيزى [وسمع الحديث] من فخر القضاة [أحمد بن محمّد] بن الحبّاب. وتقدّم في المذهب إلى أن صار شيخ الشافعيّة في زمانه. وصنّف شرح مشكل الوسيط (٧). وممّن تفقّه عليه الإمام نجم الدين ابن الرفعة. وكان موته في ثاني عشر جمادى الأولى سنةاثنتين وثمانين وستّمائة.
