شافع الجيلي (٠٠٠ - ٧٤١ هـ) (٠٠٠ - ١٣٤١ م) شافع بن عمر بن اسماعيل الجيلي (ركن الدين) . فقيه، اصولي، مؤرخ. سمع الحديث ببغداد، ودرّس بدمشق. وتوفي ببغداد في ١٢ شوال. من تصانيفه: زبدة الأخبار في مناقب الأئمة الاربعة الابرار.
