داود الأيّوبي (٦٠٣ - ٦٥٦ هـ) (١٢٠٦ - ١٢٥٨ م) داود بن عيسى الايوبي (الملك الناصر) صاحب الكرك، وأحد الشعراء الادباء. ولد، ونشأ بدمشق، وملكها بعد ابيه، واخذها منه عمه الأشرف، فتحول الى الكرك فملكها، ثم استخلف عليها ابنه عيسى فانتزعها منه الصالح ايوب بن عيسى، فرحل الناصر مشردا في البلاد، وحبس بقلعة حمص ثلاث مرات، ثم اقام في بني مزيد، وتوفي بقرية البويضاء بظاهر دمشق. من آثاره: ديوان شعر، والفوائد الجليلة في الفرائد الناصرية.
