    حسين المحاملي (٢٣٥ - ٣٣٠ هـ) (٨٤٩ - ٩٤١ م) الحسين بن اسماعيل بن محمد بن اسماعيل بن سعيد بن ابان الضبي، البغدادي، المحاملي (ابو عبد الله) . محدث، حافظ. ولد في أول سنة ٢٣٥، هـ وولي قضاء الكوفة ستين سنة، وتوفي في ٢٣ ربيع الآخر. من آثاره: السنن في الفقه، كتاب صلاة العيدين، وكتاب الدعاء.
