    الحسن البكري (٥٧٤ - ٦٥٦ هـ) (١١٧٨ - ١٢٥٨ م) الحسن بن محمد بن محمد بن محمد بن محمد بن عمر القرشي، التيمي، البكري، النيسابوري، ثم الدمشقي (صدر الدين، ابو علي) محدث حافظ، رحال، صوفي، مؤرخ، محتسب، سفير الدولة. ولد بدمشق، وسمع بها وبمكة وبنيسابور وباصبهان وببغداد وبالموصل وباربل وبحلب، وجمع وصنف، وشرع في تاريخ لدمشق ذيلا على تاريخ ابن عساكر وعدمت المسودة، وتوفي بمصر في ١١ ذي الحجة.
