حسن بن السيوفي (٨٥٠ - ٩٢٥ هـ) (١٤٤٦ - ١٥١٩ م) حسن بن علي (١) بن يوسف بن المختار الاربلي الاصل، الحصكفي، الحلبي، الشافعي الشهير بابن السيوفي (بدر الدين) فقيه، نحوي. ولد بحصن كيفا سنة ٨٥٠ تقريبا (٢) ونشأ به، وتوفي بحلب. من تصانيفه: حاشية على شرح المنهاج للمحلي، حاشية على شرح الكافية المتوسط لركن الدين الاسترآبادي في النحو، وله شعر. (ط) ابن العماد: شذرات الذهب ٨: ١٣٣، ١٣٤، البغدادي: ايضاح المكنون ٢: ٢٥٨، الغزي: الكواكب السائرة ١٧٨ - ١٨٠.
