الحسن بن أمين الدولة (٠٠٠ - ٦٥٨ هـ) (٠٠٠ - ١٢٦٠ م) الحسن بن احمد بن هبة الله بن محمد بن هبة الله ابن محمد بن عبد الباقي الحلبي، المعروف بابن أمين الدولة (ابو محمد، مجد الدين) فقيه، محدث فرضي. حدث بحلب، وتوفي شهيدا في وقعة التتار في رجب. من تصانيفه: شرح السراجية في الفرائض، وشرح مقدمة الامام سراج الدين في فروع الفقه الحنفي.
