جرجس طرّازي (١٢٢٩ - ١٢٦٣ هـ) (١٨١٤ - ١٨٤٧ م) جرجس بن يوسف المقدسي طرّازي المعلم. ولد بحلب في ٢٥ كانون الثاني، وتعلم اصول اللسانين العربي والسرياني وألم باللغة الايطالية، والتحق بالقصر العيني بمصر، فاعتلت صحته فانقطع عن درس الطب ورجع الى وطنه. من آثاره: ارجوزة في الطب. (ط) اسحاق ارملة: اسرة آل طرازي ٣٥ - ٣٨
