انطون دي ساسي (١١٧٢ - ١٢٥٣ م) (١٧٥٨ - ١٨٣٨ هـ) انطون ايزاك سلفستر دي ساسي. مستشرق فرنسي. ولد بباريس، وتعلم اللاتينية واليونانية وآدابها في بيته، ثم انقطع الى العربية والفارسية مع علمه بالتركية والعبرية، وكان استاذا للعربية في مدرسة اللغات الشرقية بباريس، وانشأ سنة ١٨٣٢ م الجمعية الآسيوية مشتركا مع ريموزا، وتوفي بباريس. من آثاره بالعربية: الأنيسالمفيد للطالب المستفيد، المختار من كتب أئمة التفسير والعربية.
