    اسماعيل بن شرف (٧٨٢ (٢) - ٨٥٢ هـ) (١٣٨٠ - ١٤٤٨ م) اسماعيل بن ابراهيم بن محمد بن علي بن شرف القدسي، الشافعي، ويعرف بابن شرف (عماد الدين، ابو الفداء) . فقيه، فرضي، حاسب. ولد ببيت المقدس، وتوفي بها في ربيع الآخر. من تصانيفه: طبقات الشافعية، توضيح بهجة الحاوي في مجلدين،توضيح على الفقية البرماوي، شرح التنبيه للشيرازي في فروع الفقه الشافعي، المفتاح في اختصار مفتاح ابن الهائم في الحساب، وله نظم قليل.
