    ٢٨٥ - أحمد القلانسي الإمام قال في خلاصة الفتاوي في مجموع النوازل سئل الشيخ الإمام عن من ضرب امرأته وقال دوداد طلاق قال لا تطلق وسئل الإمام أحمد القلانسي عن من وكز امرأته وقال إنك طالق ثم وكزها ثانية وقال إنك ذو طالق ثم وكزها ثالثا وقال بيني طلاق قال تطلق ثلاثا وشيخ الإسلام يقول سمى الضرب طلاقا فبطل والإمام أحمد يقول سمى الطلاق فيقع قوله دوداد يعني هذا وقوله إنك يعني هذا طلاق وقوله دو يعني اثنان وقوله بيني يعني بيننا ثلاثا رحمه الله تعالى
