    إبراهيم باكير (١٢٧٣ - ١٣٦٢ هـ = ١٨٥٦ - ١٩٤٣ م) إبراهيم باكير: فقيه حنفي، له نظم واشتغال بالأدب. من أهل طرابلس الغرب، مولدا ووفاة. كان ينعت بشيخ مشايخ القطر الطرابلسي. أقام في دمشق نحو ثماني سنوات. ولما عاد إلى طرابلس عين فيها (حاكما) بالمحكمة العليا واستمر ١٥ عاما إلى أن توفي. له تآليف منها (فتاوي) على المذهب الحنفي، و (منظومة) في الحكمة والأدب، ورسالة في (علم البيان)ورسالة في (المنطق) ومنظومة في (المقولات) وشرحها، و (ديوان) منظوماته (١) .
