الحسين بن منصور الطويل، أَبُو عَبْد الرحمن التمار الواسطي. يروي عن: أبي منصور الحارث بْن منصور، وعبد الرحيم بْن هارون الغساني، والهيثم بْن عدي الطائي، ويزيد بْن هارون. ويروي عَنه: أَحْمَد بْن عَلِيّ بْن الجارود الأصبهاني، وجعفر بْن أَحْمَد بْن سنان القطان، وعلي بْن عَبد الله بن مبشر الواسطيان. وذكره أَبُو حاتم في كتاب "الثقات" (١) . ١٣٤٢ - (تمييز) :
