(٩٩٥) (د ت سي ق-أبو ليلى) الأنصاري. والد عبد الرحمن. له صحبة واسمه بلال ويقال بليل (¬١) ويقال داود بن بلال بن بليل بن أحيحة بن الجلاح بن الحريش بن جحجبا بن كلفة بن عوف بن عمرو بن عوف وقيل اسمه يسار بن نمير وقيل أوس بن خولي وقيل لا يحفظ اسمه. روى عن النبي ﵌ وعبد الله بن عمر. وعنه ابنه عبد الرحمن. قال ابن عبد البر شهد أحدا وما بعدها وانتقل إلى الكوفة وشهد مع علي مشاهده وقال غيره قتل بصفين مععلي. قلت. وحكى الدولابي أنه روى عنه أيضا عامر بن لوين قاضي دمشق زمن عبد الملك ووهم الدولابي في ذلك فإن شيخه عامر هو أبو ليلى الأشعري*
