    (٨١٩) (د ت-أبو علي) بن يزيد بن أبي النجاد الأيلي (¬١) أخو يونس. روى عن الزهري عن أنس أن النبي ﵌ قرأ وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ. وعنه أخوه يونس. ذكره ابن حبان في الثقات قال الترمذي قال البخاري تفرد ابن المبارك بهذا الحديث وقال الطبراني في الأوسط لم يروه عن الزهري إلا أبو علي ولا عنه إلا يونس. تفرد به ابن المبارك. قلت. قال أبو حاتم مجهول*
