(٧٦٠) (م د س ق-أبو عبيدة) بن عبد الله بن زمعة بن الأسود بن المطلب بن أسد بن عبد العزى بن قصي القرشي الأسدي. روى عن أبيه وأمه زينب بنت أبي سلمة وجدته أم سلمة زوج النبي ﵌ وأم قيس بنت محصن وحمزة بن عبد الله بن عمر. وعنه ابنه زكيح وموسى بن يعقوب بن عبد الله بن وهب بن زمعة والأعرج بن عبد الله بن زياد والزهري ومحمد بن إسحاق. قال أبو زرعة لا أعرف أحدا سماه. له عند مسلم حديث عن أمه زينب عن أمها أم سلمة في الرضاعة. قلت.
