(٧٠٢) (ق-يزيد) بن مقسم (¬١) الثقفي مولاهم الطائفي ويعرف بيزيد بن ضبة وهي أمه. روى عن ميمونة بنت كردم. وعنه ابنه عبد الله وحفيده عبد العظيم ابن عبد الله وعبد الله بن عبد الرحمن الطائفي. قال حفيده كان جدي مولى لثقيف وكانت أمة تحضن أولاد المغيرة وكان جدي ينتسب إليها لشهرتها ويقال إنه كان شاعرا مذكورا عمر حتى أدركه الأصمعي كان يطلب القوا فى المعتاصة ويقال إنه عمل قصيدة فانتحلتها شعراء العرب وذكره ابن حبان في الثقات. قلت. وقال ابن عبد البر هو غير معروف*
