(٦٣١) (بخ د ت-يزيد) بن سعيد بن ثمامة بن الأسود بن عبد الله بن الحارث الولادة الكندي وقيل غير ذلك في نسبه. أسلم يوم الفتح وروى عن النبي ﵌. وعنه ابنه السائب بن يزيد ابن أخت نمر. قلت. وقال الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب ما اتخذ النبي ﵌ قاضيا ولا أبو بكر ولا عمر حتى كان في وسط خلافته قال ليزيد ابن أخت نمر اكفني بعض الأمور يعني صغارها*
