(٣١٠) (تمييز-يحيى) بن إسماعيل بن زكرياء الخواص أبو زكرياء ويقال أبو العباس الكوفي. روى عن هشيم وشريك ووكيع وسلمة بن رجاء وغيرهم. روى عنه البخاري في التاريخ ومحمد بن عوف الحمصي ومحمد بن عبيد بن عتبة الكندي وعلي بن الحسن علويه وأحمد بن يحيى بن زكرياء الأودي. قال أبو حاتم كتبت عنه وذكره ابن حبان في الثقات*
