    (١٤٩) (خ-مرداس (¬١) بن مالك الأسلمي كان من أصحاب الشجرة روى عن النبي ﵌. حديث يذهب الصالحون. وعنه قيس بنأبي حازم وزياد بن علاقة. قلت. مرداس الذي روى عنه زياد بن علاقة إنما هو مرداس بن عروة صحابي آخر ذكره البخاري وأبو حاتم وابن حبان وابن منده وغير واحد وصرح مسلم وأبو الفتح الأزدي وجماعة أن قيس بن أبي حازم تفرد بالرواية عن مرداس بن مالك الأسلمي وهو الصواب لكن قال ابن السكن إن بعض أهل الحديث زعم أن مرداس بن عروة هو مرداس الأسلمي الذي روى عنه قيس بن أبي حازم قال والصحيح أنهما اثنان*
