(٧٢٥) (س-قيس) بن هبار (¬١) بصري. روى عن ابن عباس في النبيذ. وعنه سليمان التيمي. ذكره ابن حبان في الثقات وروى حجاج بن حسان عن عثمان ابن قيس عن قيس بن همام عن ابن عباس وكأنه هذا وقد اختلف في اسمه فقيل أيضاً هنام وقيل هنان وقيل هيان وقيل سنان. قلت. قال الذهبي تفرد عنه سليمان التيمي وذكر العسكري في الصحابة قيس بن هنام وقال روى مرسلا وقال ابن حبان في ثقات التابعين قيس بن همام التيمي روى عنه أهل العراق*
