(٧١٤) (٤ - قيس) بن أبي غرزة (¬٢) الغفاري ويقال الجهني ويقال البجلي. له صحبة نزل الكوفة. روى عن النبي ﵌ حديث إن هذا البيع يحضره اللغو والحلف الحديث. وعنه أبو وائل شقيق بن سلمة. قلت. ذكر مسلم والأوزاعي أنه تفرد بالرواية عنه وقال ابن عبد البر روى عنه الحكمولا أدري سمع منه أم لا انتهى وروايته عنه مرسلة بلا شك وإنما أوردته للفائدة*
