    (٦٣٦) (س ق-قتادة) بن الفضيل بن قتادة بن عبد الله بن قتادة بن عياشالحرشي (¬١) أبو حميد الرهاوي. روى عن أبيه وسليمان الأعمش وثور بن يزيد الحمصي وهشام بن الغاز الجرشي وأبي حاضر بن عبد الملك بن عبد ربه وإبراهيم ابن أبي عبلة وغيرهم. وعنه إبراهيم بن موسى الرازي وعلي بن بحر بن بري وأحمد بن عبد الملك بن واقد الحراني والزبير بن محمد بن الزبير الرهاوي وأحمد ابن سليمان الرهاوي وجماعة. قال أبو حاتم شيخ وذكره ابن حبان في الثقات وقال أبو عروبة يكنى أبا حميد. مات سنة مأتين. روى له النسائي حديث أبي صالح عن أبي هريرة كنا مع النبي ﵌ في غزاة الحديث*
