(٤٦٠) (بخ س-غضيف) بن أبي سفيان الطائفي (¬٢) الثقفي وقيل غطيف. روى عن يعقوب ونافع بنى عاصم وعمر بن أوس. وعنه سعيد بن السائب وعمرو ابن وهب الطائفيان. قال ابن حبان في الثقات غطيف بن أبي سفيان الثقفي روى عن ابن عمرو عنه سعيد بن السائب. قلت. بقية كلام ابن حبان قال مات سنة ثمان وأربعين ومائة وكذا أرخه خليفة وابن سعد وذكره ابن منده في معرفة الصحابة وقال ابن أبي حاتم في المراسيل عن أبيه هو تابعي*
