(٧١٩) (تمييز-عبد المتعال) بن عبد الوهاب الأنصاري. من ولد زيد بن ثابت روى عن أبيه ويحيى بن سعيد الأموي والنضر بن شميل وغيرهم. روى عنه الإمام أحمد أيضا وولده عبد الله بن أحمد وإبراهيم بن الحارث بن مصعب وكناه وآخرون. ذكره الحاكم أبو أحمد في الكنى وأغفله الحسيني إما لظنه أن عبد الوهاب اسم أبيه وطالبا لقبه وإما لأنه لم يجده في النسخة من المسند مذكورا باسم أبيه فقد وقع غير منسوب في بعض النسخ لكن تصريح الحاكم أبي أحمد بأن عبد الله بن أحمد أدركه يدل على أنه غيره لأن عبد الله يصغر عن إدراك السماع من عبد المتعال لسبع سنين وهو لم يطلب إلا بعد ذلك بمدة*
