(٧١٥) (ت-عبد الكريم) بن محمد الجرجاني أبو محمد ويقال أبو سهل قاضي جرجان روى عن قيس بن الربيع وأبي حنيفة وعبد الرحمن بن سليمان بن الغسيل وزهير بن معاوية والمسعودي وابن جريج وغيرهم. وعنه ابن عيينة وأبو يوسف القاضي وهما أكبر منه ومحمد بن إدريس الشافعي وغسان بن يحيى النسائي ومهران بن عمران وهشام بن عبيد الله الرازيان وقتيبة بن سعيد وغيرهم. وقال لم أر مرجئا خيرا منه كان على القضاء بجرجان فترك القضاء وهرب إلى مكةومات بها في نيف وسبعين ومائة. ذكر ذلك ابن حبان في الثقات عن قتيبة له عنده حديث في الوضوء قبل الطعام وبعده*
