يزيد بن عبد العزيز بن أبي يحيى التنوخي أخو سعيد بن عبد العزيز. قال سعيد بن عبد العزيز: لما هلك أخي يزيد قال لي إسماعيل بن عبيد الله: عاد أبو مسلم الخولاني أبا الدرداء في مرضه الذي قبض فيه. فلما رآه أبو مسلم كبر، فقال أبو الدرداء: هكذا تقول إن الله إذا قضى قضاءً أحب أن يرضى به.
