يحيى بن زكريا بن أحمد ابن يحيى خت بن موسى أبو بكر البلخي الشاهد، ابن القاضي حدث يحيى بن زكريا أن أبا إسحاق إبراهيم بن محمد بن ثابت حدثهم بسنده إلى البراء بن عازب قال: سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول إذا أخذ مضجعه يقول: " إليك اللهم أسلمت نفسي، وإليك وجهت وجهي، وإليك فوضت أمري، وإليك ألجأت ظهري رغبة ورهبة، لا منجا ولا ملتجا منك إلا إليك، آمنت بكتابك الذي أنزلت، ونبيك الذي ارسلت ". فإن مات مات على الفطرة. توفي أبو بكر البلخي سنة تسع وأربعين وثلاث مئة.
