    المظفر بن الحسن بن المهند أبو الحسن السلماسي روى عن أحمد بن عمير بن جوصا، بسنده إلى عبد الله بن مسعود، قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " ادفنوا موتاكم وسط قوم صالحين، فإن الميت يتأذى بجاره كما يتأذى الحي بجاره ". وعنه، بسنده إلى أنس: عن النبي ﷺ قال: " يتبع الميت إلى قبره أهله وماله وعمله، فيرجع اثنان أهله وماله ويبقى عمله ".مات بأشنة وحمل إلى سلماس - لأنه كان محبوساً بأشنة - سنة إحدى وثمانين وثلاثمئة.
