    المحسن بن خليل أبو الطيب القاضي روى عن سليمان بن محمد بن مسلم الخزاعي، بسنده إلى أبي هريرة، قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " ثلاثة لا ينظر الله إليهم يوم القيامة ولا يكلمهم؛ رجل باع رجلاً مرابحه وكذبه، ورجل حلف على يمين كاذبة بعد العصر، ورجل منع فضل ماء عن أهل الطريق ".
