المحسن بن الحسين بن القاضي أبي عبد الله محمد بن الحسين أبو طالب الحسيني، المعروف بابن النصيبي تولى القضاء بأطرابلس، وكان له أدب وعقل. بلغني أن أبا طالب المحسن بن الحسين توفي يوم الخميس بعد العصر الثامن والعشرين من المحرم سنة خمسين وأربعمئة.
