محمد بن عبيد الله بن محمد الجمحي ابن عبد الكريم بن أهيب بن عمارة بن عبد الرحمن أبو سلمة بن أبي حكيم القرشي الجمحي حدث عن أبي أمية، بسنده إلى ابن عمر، عن النبي ﷺ قال: " من شرب الخمر من الدنيا لم يشربها في الآخرة إلا أن يتوب ". وحدث عنه بسنده إلى أنس أن النبي ﷺ بزق في ثوبه وذلك بعضه ببعض. وحدث عنه بسنده إلى أبي هريرة أن النبي ﷺ قال: " من مات مريضاً مات شهيداً ". توفي أبو سلمة سنة ثلاث وعشرين وثلاث مئة.
