محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن طلحة أبو العلاء بن أبي محمد الصيداوي حدث بصور سنة أربع وثمانين وأربع مئة، عن القاضي أبي مسعود صالح بن أحمد بن القاسم بن يوسف الميانجي، بسنده إلى أبي هند الداري قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله وسلم يقول: قال الله ﷿: " من لم يرض بقضائي ويصبر على بلائي فليلتمس له رباً سواي ". ولد أبو العلاء الصيداوي سنة اثنتي عشرة وأربع مئة.
