محمد بن حفص بن عمر البعلبكي ابن عبد الله بن عمر بن رستم بن سنان أبو صالح الفارسي البعلبكي حدث عن محمد بن إبراهيم بن كثير الصوري، بسنده إلى عائشة قالت: كان النبي ﷺ يقول: " تخيروا لنطفكم، فإن النساء يلدن أشباه إخوانهن وأخواتهن ". وحدث عن محمد بن عوف، بسنده إلى أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " أنتم اليوم في زمان من ترك عشر ما أمر به هلك. وسيأتي على الناس زمان من عمل منهم عشر ما أمر به نجا ".
