الفضل بن جعفر بن محمد ابن أبي عاصم أحمد بن حماد بن صبيح بن زياد أبو القاسم التميمي المؤذن الطرائفي كان عبداً صالحاً. حدث عن أبي شيبة داود بن إبراهيم بن زوربه بسنده إلى أبي هريرة قال: لعن رسول الله ﷺ الراشي والمرتشي في الحكم. توفي الفضل بن جعفر سنة ثلاثٍ وسبعين وثلاث مئة.
