    عمران بن خالد بن يزيد بن أبي جميل أبو عمر القرشي ويقال: الطائي ويقال: إنه من موالي مالك عبد عوف النصري حدث عمران بن خالد الدمشقي مولى أم حبيبة عن إسماعيل بن عبد الله بن سماعة بسنده إلى عمر بن الخطاب أنه سأل رسول الله ﷺ: أينام أحدنا، وهو جنب؛ فأمره رسول الله ﷺ أن يغسل فرجه ويتوضأ. وحدث عن شهاب بن خراش بسنده إلى أبي رجاء العطاردي قال: أتيت المدينة فإذا الناس مجتمعون، وإذا في وسطهم رجل يقبّل رأس رجل، وهو يقول: أنا فداؤك، لولا أنت هلكنا، فقلت: من المقبّل، ومن المقبّل؟ قال: ذلك عمر بن الخطاب يقبّل رأس أبي بكر في قتال أهل الردة الذين منعوا الزكاة.مات عمران سنة أربع وأربعين ومئتين.
