عثمان بن عمرو بن عبد الرحمن ابن الربيع أبو عمرو البغدادي الفقيه الشافعي ابن أخي النجاد. حدث الحافظ بسنده أخبرني فلان وجدي قال: حدثني فلان، وجدي إلى عثمان بن عمرو وجدي بسنده إلى عائشة وجدي قالت: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " النظر إلى وجه علي عبادة ". كل رواة هذا الحديث يقول: حدثني فلان وجدي.
