عبد القاهر بن عبد العزيز بن إبراهيم بن علي أبو الحسين الأزدي المقرىء الشاهد الصائغ الجوهري روى عن أبي القاسم بن أبي العقب بسنده عن جابر بن عبد الله: أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يصلي التطوع وهو راكب في غير القبلة، فإذا أراد أن يصلي المكتوبة نزل فصلى نحو القبلة. توفي عبد القاهر سنة إحدى عشرة وأربعمائة، وقيل: سنة عشر وأربعمائة
