عبد الصمد بن سعيد بن عبد الله بن سعيد بن يعقوب أبو القاسم الكندي القاضي قاضي حمص. قدم دمشق قديماً. روى عن سليمان بن أيوب البهراني بسنده عن أم سلمة أن النبي ﷺ قال لعمار: " تقتلك الفئة الباغية " وروى عن العباس بن السندي بسنده عن سعد بن محيصة أفسدت ناقة للبراء بن عازبٍ في حائط قومٍ، فرفع ذلك إلى النبي ﷺ، فقضى بحفظ المائية على أهلها بالليل، وحفظ الحوائط على أهلها بالنهار. توفي عبد الصمد الحمصي سنة أربع وعشرين وثلاثمائة.
