عبد الرحمن بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن الفضل أبو بشر الأصبهاني المديني المعروف بالولادي المتعبد سمع بدمشق وغيرها. من كبار المتعبدين. حدث عن أبي نعيم الحافظ بسنده إلى ابن عمر قال: قال النبي ﷺ: صلاة الليل والنهار مثنى مثنى. توفي أبو بشر بعد الثمانين ومئتين. حدث عن العراقيين والشاميين والمصريين.
