الحسين بن الحسن بن زيد ابن محمد بن علي بن محمد ابن علي بن علي بن الحسين بن علي بن علي بن الحسين ابن علي بن أبي طالب أبو عبد الله الحسيني الجرجاني القصبي قدم دمشق، وحدث بها في شعبان سنة ستين وأربع مئة. عن أبي عبد الله محمد بن الفضيل بن نظيف بسنده عن عبد الله بن عمر: أن رسول الله ﷺ ذكر رمضان فقال: لا تصوموا حتى تروا الهلال، ولا تفطروا حتى تروه، فإن غم عليكم فاقدروا له.
