إدريس بن عمر بن عبد العزيز ابن مروان بن الحكم بن أبي العاص بن أميّة بن عبد شمس، الأمويّ حدّث عن أبيه. روى أن عمر بن عبد العزيز قال لجرير بن الخطفي: ما أجد لك في هذا المال حقاً، ولكن هذه فضلة من عطائي ثلاثون ديناراً، فخذها واعذر؛ قال: بل أعذرك يا أمير المؤمنين. إدريس بن محمد بن أحمد بن أبي خالد أبو عيسى الأزديّ الصّوريّ، الحلال روى عن محمد بن عبد الوهاب، بسنده عن أنس بن مالك، عن النّبيّ ﷺ أن أصحابه شكوا إليه: أنا نصيب من الذنوب؛ فقال لهم: " لولا أنكم تذنبون لجاء الله بقوم يذنبون فيستغفرون الله فيغفر لهم ".
