    أخطل بن الحكم بن جابر ويقال ابن معمر أبو القاسم القرشيّ سمع وأسمع. روى عن محمد بن يوسف القريابيّ، بسنده عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " تستأمر اليتيمة في نفسها، وصمتها إقرارها ".وعن الفريابيّ، بسنده عن عائشة قالت: قلت: يا رسول الله، أتستأمر النّساء في أبضاعهنّ؟ قال: إن البكر لتستأمر فتستحيي فتسكت، وإذنها سكوتها. وعن الوليد بن مسلم، بسنده عن أبي الدّرداء، قال: خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ في شهر رمضان، وإن كان أحدنا ليضع يده على رأسه من شدّ الحر، وما فينا صائم إلاّ رسول الله ﷺ وعبد الله بن رواحة. قال ابن زبر: مات سنة أربع وستين ومئتين. وقال ابن منده: مات سنة ستين ومئتين.
