إبراهيم بن يونس بن محمد بن يونس أبو إسحاق بن أبي نصر المقدسيّ الخطيب أصبهاني الأصل، سمع بدمشق وبيت المقدس. روى عن علي بن طاهر المقدسيّ، بسنده عن ميمونة بنت الحارث: أن النّبيّ ﷺ كان يصلّي على الخمرة. توفي يوم الجمعة، وصلّى عليه ابنه أبو الحسين أحمد، يوم السبت الثاني من ذي الحجّة سنة إحدى وتسعين وأربعمئة بدمشق، ودفن بمقابر باب الصّغير. وقال عن مولده: ولدت في رمضان سنة إحدى وعشرين وأربعمئة؛ وكان كثير التّلاوة للقرآن.
