أحمد بن خالد رجل من أهل دمشق قال أحمد بن خالد: إن محمد بن صالح بن بيهس قال لبني حنظلة وجماعة من وجوه أهل المزة بحضرة عبد الله بن طاهر: سترتم أبا العميطر ومسلمة المرواني خلافاً على أمير المؤمنين؟ فقالوا له: نحن لم نسترهم حتى خلعوا أنفسهم مما تسموا به.
