أحمد بن جعفر بن الحسن أبو بكر البلدي الواعظ حدث بدمشق عن جماعة. روي عن أبي يعلى أحمد بن علي بن المثنى الموصلي بسنده عن أنس بن مالك قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: إذا نودي بالصلاة فتحت أبواب السماء واستجيب الدعاء.توفي سنة ثلاث وثمانين وثلاث مئة. ودفن بباب الصغير.
