حنين مولى النبي ﷺ عن ابن حنين أخي ابراهيم من عبد الله بن حنين عن ابنة أخيه عن خالها يقال: ابن الشاعر أن حنينا جده كان غلاماً للنبي ﷺ، فوهبه لعمه عباس فأعتقه، فكان حنين عند النبي ﷺ يخدمه. وكان إذا توضأ رسول الله ﷺ خرج بوضوءه إلى أصحابه، فكان إما شربوه، وإما تمسحوا به. فحبس حنين الوضوء، فكان لا يخرج به إليهم، فشكوه إلى النبي ﷺ فسأله فقال: احتبسته عندي، فجعلته في جر، فإذا عطشت شربت منه. فقال رسول الله ﷺ: هل رأيتم غلاماً أحصى ما أحصى هذا، ثم وهبه لعمه عباس فأعتقه
