هلال بن سعيد العماني ? - ? هـ / ? - ? م هلال بن سعيد بن عرابة العماني. شاعر عُماني تفتقت قريحته الشعرية من الغربة والأزمات وكرب الحياة كما يدعي، فسافر إلى زنجبار. ولكن المتصفح لشعره لا يجد ما يدل على ضيق العيش أو قلة ذات اليد، ولم يترك لنا الكثير من الشعر الذي يصف لنا مقامه في زنجبار إلا القليل. ونرى خلال ديوانه مدحه للسلطان سعيد وعدد آخر من البيت الحاكم منهم محمد بن سعيد، وهلال بن سعيد، ومحمد بن سالم بن سلطان. له (ديوان شعر - ط) وأهم أغراض شعره: المدح والغزل والوصف والهجاء والرِثاء.
